REFUND POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

All returns are subject to approval and must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of $10 shipping for returning the item(s) plus a $5 processing fee (which will be deducted from the original payment amount). All fees and shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon approval, a shipping label will be emailed to you. Please see the required criteria below:

  • The product must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Return/exchange requests made after 30 calendar days will be denied.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Non-Refundable Items & Conditions

WE DO NOT ACCEPT FREE EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON ORDERS PLACED UNDER A SALES PROMOTION. (e.g., BOGO, 50% OFF, Buy One Get One Free, etc.) Exchanges and returns are available only for items purchased at FULL PRICE.

Exchanges

We offer a ONE-TIME FREE EXCHANGE service for all paid purchases, excluding promotional items. If you accept this exchange, all future refund requests will be forfeited for that order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, we will gladly ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Note: If the customer damages the product while in use, refunds will not be granted.

 


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@beamle.com.
